Description
Mortar-based firestop systems are designed for rigid, gas-tight sealing around building services such as pipes, cables and trucking. This system reinstate the fire resistance of separating walls and floors where fire compartmentation is required. It is tested and certified to meet the requirement of BS 476: Part 20: 1987 in conjunction with prEN 1366-3: 2002 guidance.


Characteristics And Features

• Less than 0.15% expansion on setting.
• Approximately 860kg/m3 after one month after application.
• Compatible with various building services with excellent adhesion to concrete, metal and cables.
