A fire-rated fabric shutter also commonly known as a fire curtain is an active fire protection system made out of flexible fabric material that may be deployed to form a fire barrier in the event of a fire. The curtain can be installed in a variety of locations, including void areas, escape paths, and so on, to prevent fires from spreading. It comes in two versions: insulated and non-insulated.
Our Insulated Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) comprise 2 layers of grey coloured lightweight combined fabric that descends at the same time to complete a fire compartment.
Our mechanical designs allow our Insulated Fire-rated Fabric Shutters / Fire Curtain to be installed without any intermediate segments for wide openings to achieve a clear site when it is not activated.
Our Insulated Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) are customizable to different shapes to cater to different site conditions and design requirements.
Insulated Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) compart fire and heat in the event of a fire.
Our Insulated Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) are tested to SS 489:2015+C1:2017 & EN 1634-1:2014 in compliance with the local building regulations for up to 4 Hours Fire Integrity and 4 Hours of Insulation.
The descent of the Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) is triggered by signals coming from smoke detectors/heat detectors during fire alarm mode.
Door operation can be stopped and held at the desired height via the “Up”, “Down” & “Stop” push buttons in the lockable control box in normal mode.
In case of power failure of an emergency source, the integrated gearbox and operated sheave wheel allow the Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) to be adjusted to the desired height via manual chain operation.
Gravity Drop during emergency source power failure can be achieved with an additional installation of a backup battery in the system.
Our Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) comprise a single layer of grey coloured lightweight combined fabric that descends to complete a fire compartment.
Our mechanical designs allow our Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) to be installed without any intermediate segments for wide openings to achieve a clear site when it is not activated. This is commonly applicable to the perimeter of void areas of commercial buildings.
Our Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) are customizable to different shapes to cater to different site conditions and design requirements.
Non-insulated Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) compart fire in the event of a fire.
Our Non-Insulated Fire-rated Fabric Shutters (Fire Curtain) are tested to SS489:2015+C1:2017 & EN 1634-1:2014 in compliance with the local building regulation for up to 4 Hours Fire Integrity

Amberglaze fire-rate glass is specially designed to restrict the spread of flame and smoke in the event of a fire. It can also impede the transfer of radiative and conductive heat. Fire-rated glass could enhance building interior aesthetics and ability to provide a strong barrier against flame and heat during a fire outbreak. It is utilized in a variety of applications such as transparent walls, shopfronts, and door assemblies.
Our Fire-rated fixed glass panel is tested to EN 1364-1:2015 with an Impact Resistance Test to EN 12600 in compliance with the latest SCDF Fire Code 2018
Fire-rated shutters are designed prevent the spread of fire and smoke in the event of a fire. It can provide up to 4 hours fire protection. Under normal circumstances, it can serve as a security shutter. In the event of a fire, the fire-rated shutters can isolate and compartmentalize fire.
Our Fire-rated Shutters are tested to SS 489:2015+C1:2017 & EN 1634-1:2014 in compliance with the local building regulation for up to 4 Hours Fire Integrity
